Ya-Fitness is a Healing Experience

The goal of our sessions is to create proper adjustments so that you can achieve the state of harmony and lack of pain. Long term chronic postural difficulties are often set in soft tissues surrounding the bones. Breathing, stretching, balancing work will help you to became more aware of yourself . You learn how to relax during the daily activities and provide necessary rest to condition self healing. Become more flexible and relaxed so you can continue to work towards you fitness goals’.

The key to healing is ability to relax. Relaxation helps to release your tension and empty the emotions and negative thoughts. It helps you to let go of all restrictions or limitations that is responsible for your present condition. This type of healing creates true freedom of mind. It’s purpose to liberate you from all factors of diseases. It is very important for you to escape from all diseases and to change into a very healing and bright you. It is rebirth through relaxation!

We also use acupressure and myofascial release therapy. These methods include rubbing, tapping, pressing and pulling to release discomfort within the human body. Rather than only curing the symptoms, the whole body receives a healing power from within.

Our training could be divided into 3 stages.

Stage 1:  Healing and Adjustment:

There are many things which can limit your ability to exercises, it may be previous injures, chronic fatigue, high level of stress etc. So before you take a step to reach your fitness goal, you have to address each problem and limitations.

For some medical conditions you will have to discuss with your doctors.  However, there are simple traditional techniques and modern methods that could help you overall. We will give you tools to manage your pains,will teach you to relax. Will show you different techniques to increase energy levels and to feel more vital.

During the training we will also do different assessments which will give us insight and it will reveal posture dis-balances, cardio-vascular and flexibility limitations. Using multiple techniques we will work on each aspect to free you from your body limitations. Depending on your body condition it can be short or lengthy, but we guarantee it will be very fruitful with lots of benefits and great knowledge !

Stage 2 : Art of being you :

This is the most joyful stage of being and exercising. This is a stage of slow and steady growth. In this stage we continue to improve all parameters of your body using different physical concepts. At this stage you can fully enjoy your body. You can take a hike without the fear of triggering your old injury.

Stage 3 : Challenge and Performance:

This is a stage where you can really challenge yourself whether it is running a marathon, becoming a world champion in weight lifting, climbing the Dome of Yosemite, just dropping few pounds or reaching 36-24-36. We are here to help. Becoming an athlete or changing your body composition is a very serious challenge. This is a stage for vigorous work outs, being disciplined, fine tune regiments and serious commitment.

Each stage takes different times for different individuals, however the sequence of the stages is the same.You can choose to stay in stage 2 without challenging yourself. But skipping stage 1 or stage 2 will result in serious undermining of yourself. So whatever your is right now, you can start improving !
