It is possible to correct this problems with simple training methods which have been known for thousands of years!

The training we provide is based on traditional martial art movements such as Tai Chi and Qi Gong. These teach the proper muscle control, breathing and mental focus necessary to keep your body at the right angle with right balance.

Every movement synchronizes with inhaling and exhaling,initiated from your “center”. One’s state of mind is very focused but also relaxed.

Ligaments, tendons and connective tissues connects to all and each other.

The focus is in readjusting the spine.

Spine is such major part of the body,that by just keeping it in right place, many of the chronic conditions and pains can go away.Our focus is healthy spine and strong back.

Myofascial release is another technique that helps to accomplish this goal.

We also include Kettlebell exercises when you body is ready to create strong, toned and flexible tissues.
